SHIPPING, FLORIDA RESIDENTS, WHOLESALE, LICENSE, AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Shipping
We ship orders using UPS, DHL, First Class US mail or Priority Mail. The cost includes delivery confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the next day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. The shipping is based on the total amount of your order:

Costumes can have a 1-5 business day processing time. Choosing Next Day Air does not guarantee you will receive the product the next day. That is the method the product is shipped once it has been processed. Please call or email linda@lafventure.com to verify when you will receive the product.
Florida Residents
We must charge Florida residents sales tax. Please note the ship-to county in the misc. section of your order as the tax will be based on the county's tax rate.
Return Policy
NO COSTUME AND/OR ACCESSORY RETURNS AFTER 10/15/07.
We will gladly exchange defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise. Please email Linda@Lafventure.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will substitute the merchandise or we will reimburse you in full. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to the shipper/carrier immediately.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (excluding costumes), you may return any item in its original packaging and original condition. We do not refund any craft kits that have been opened. Shipping and handling are not refundable and you will be responsible to pay for the return expenses. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This also applies to any packages we send that are refused by customer or returned because of improper address.
We will not accept anything back without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To obtain one please email us at Linda@Lafventure.com and write in the subject box, "Need a RAN". When shipping something back, please include a copy of your packing slip. Do not forget to write your RAN on the packing slip and the label on the outside of the package. We suggest you use a "traceable" service, as we are not liable for a return that is not received by us. We must receive the package at our facility within 10 days of issuing a RAN. Returns after this period will be considered an "Unauthorized Return".
COSTUMES: Due to the nature of our business ALL SALES ARE FINAL! The costumes and lingerie industry has typically been, "No returns or exchanges". However, if the merchandise is still in the original package we will exchange it or issue a "Store Credit" valid for 6 months.
Due to Health Regulations, the following items are NOT exchangeable or refundable: Make-up, stockings, tights, socks, lingerie, wigs, beards, novelty teeth or any item worn or used.
